Posted by Deborah Locklear · April 20, 2020 NOTE: the original recipe says to blend 3/4c basil leaves, 1/3c olive oil, 1T white wine vinegar, plus more to taste for the dressing. I usually use 1/4c preprepared pesto and omit the olive oil. Play with it and see how you like it!
